Title of Role: Instructor

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform private lessons
- Assist in program and team development
- Assist with camps and team practices
- Perform all duties while maintaining a high standard of professionalism

Qualification Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Baseball experience required
- Coaching or instructing experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

Title of Role: Head Coach

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize and run team practices
- Manage team during games and tournaments
- Communicate all necessary information to team
- Assist in developing and evaluating team needs
- Assist with team tryouts and setting team roster
- Perform private lessons **If wanting to be an instructor as well**

Qualification Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Baseball experience required
- Coaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evening and weekends
- Excellent organizational skills
